NISCu Christmas worship

Debbie and Abi from NISCu came to lead us in worship - thinking about how what actually happened that first Christmas wasn’t what a party planner might have organised.

This was Debbie’s final worship with us after many years - Thanks Debbie you have been fantastic and will be missed.

Ready for Advent

Lest we forget : Remembrance worship

During class worship each child in school prepared a poppy of prayer - naming people and places they would like to pray for. These were all offered during our Remembrance worship.

EYFS welcome visit to church and worship Thursday 12th October

Rev Susan welcomed all our EYFS children to church and we met her special friend. We looked round the church, sang a song, shared a story and prayed together.

Worship group leading Harvest worship in school Wednesday 27th September

Our worship group planned and led the whole school in a Harvest worship - thinking about where our food comes from and being thankful.

Harvest Festival in church Tuesday 26th September

Year 1 - 6 all went to church to share in our Harvest Festival. They brought gifts of food which were later shared with the Foodbank in Morecambe. Some children from Year 6 read and led the prayers.
