Phonics

Note to parents:

I have enclosed a new set of activities for this week's Phonics learning. Normally, in school, we would work on a range of activities to support new learning and revising those sounds we have already looked at. This involves the children working collaboratively and playing games together which unfortunately is difficult to resource for Home Learning.

As always, the activities and games on Phonics play are useful and please encourage your child to continue to play the games such as Acorn adventures and Buried Treasure to revise previous learning.

Have a go at reading or listening to these poems with lots of the alternative spellings in we have looked at.

Have a look at and read these pages (5a and 5b)

Can you read the comics? They have some of the alternative pronunciation sounds we have been looking at in them.
