In Year 2 we took a trip to Kenya for the day. We all came dressed up ready to explore 

We went on a plane and flew to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Whilst in "Africa", we tried some foods such as plantain, mangoes and banana. 

We also looked for African animals such as elephants, giraffes and Buffalo. 

We learnt the differences between the UK and Africa. We looked at schools in Africa and how they are different to the UK. 

The children even learnt Traditional Massai dances.

We hopped back on the plane back to Manchester Airport just in time for school pick-up.
